What we offer

At Ona Wellbeing Collective, we support women’s health through education, community, and clinically grounded care — meeting women where they are, at every stage of life.

Education and Workshops

At Ona, we believe a core foundation of women’s wellbeing is knowledge — understanding your body, your hormones, and the options available to you.
We deliver inclusive, stigma-busting talks, group sessions and wellbeing programmes for schools, workplaces and community organisations, combining evidence-based education with open, supportive discussion.

Clinical Care

GP-led, evidence-based support for women’s health across the lifespan — from first periods, through contraception, pregnancy and postnatal health, to perimenopause and menopause.
Our approach combines medical expertise with a multidisciplinary team, offering personalised, holistic care that considers body, mind and environment.

This service is currently being offered via The Lagom Clinic - you can book specialist women’s health appointments with Dr Ruth either via the contact form or directly through The Lagom Clinic - just scroll to specialist women’s health appointment, online or Face to Face in Bristol https://thelagom.co.uk/consultation/

Community & Access Programme (our future goals)

Our not-for-profit arm focuses on improving access to women’s health for communities who face additional barriers to accessing women’s health care.
Through partnerships, outreach and accessible education, we work to reduce inequalities and create practical, supportive routes into care.
